Welcome to the return issue of the sword buyers digest - its great to be back! :-)

As you may know, my regular monthly newsletter has been on hold since I started the 'SBG site overhaul' in January 2006 - and what was supposed to take only a couple of months has dragged out until - well, now!!

But FINALLY with the sending of this newsletter, the overhaul is now 'complete' and I can go back to concentrating on expanding my site instead of reformatting it - which is a very good feeling indeed...!

So, enough rambling - because I know that there is something that quite a number of you have been waiting for...

So with that out of the way, lets kick things off with some general site update news...

SITE NEWS

Hmm, let's see - where to begin... Well, as you can probably tell - EVERYTHING has been updated since the last newsletter!

My site is now set to expand with new reviews, categories and tons more info, so its kind of a mute point (and boring!) to go into too much detail here.

The only real change of note is that I've decided to abandon my old blog in favour of the 'overhaul blog', simply because I've enjoyed it so much and - well - it's black (after all black is the new, er, black). Naturally I will change the title a bit (behind the scenes at the SBG overhaul doesn’t make sense if there is no overhaul), but yeah - I just can't go back to the old one!

The other major announcement of note is a $99 special on Cheness Cutleries 'Musha' Wakizashi, which is on my main Cheness sales page. These will go pretty fast and the offer expires on the 15th, so if you are interested, be sure to check 'em out!

VID OF THE MONTH

Ok, this one has been around for a while now (since 2004 to be precise)... But for those of you who haven't seen it yet, it is well worth a look! These guys are fast, precise and very, very impressive. The 15 bamboo poles with one cut is my favourite!
