AGAIN............is the sword in stock before I pay......

I have been waiting now for three months. After waiting for a few weeks I called and was told a month or two, hand made. I get it. Three months later, with communications instigated by myself, I was still told next week, two weeks ago. With cyber crimes a plenty, it just makes me nervous. It would have been nice to know that stock was out before dropping over a grand and finding out it was out now three months.....I still don't have it.

I have also been waiting 3 months for my sword which cost me a ton of money. He keeps in contact with me only when I email him first. I have been told it is still coming but I am also very nervous it might never show up

same thing with my order! said it was in stock and ships immediately but it has been two months now.Last update he said it would be arriving in June container and wanted to know if I wanted to substitute original order. Keeping my fingers crossed to see it this month!!

Great Disappointment with SWORDSOFTHEEAST.COM

Got the order confirmation (means they billed my credit card) dated October 22, 2014. I sent an e-mail rquesting an update on November 2, and got a reply dated November 4, informing me that they haven't shipped out my order yet because one of the items is out of stock and said they wrote me a letter (which I never received) about it, also a suggestion to replace said item with a similar one. I replied November 5 and got a response on said date. I sent another e-mail on November 12 and got a response on same date along with a tracking number and the courier (USPS). The last time I checked with the courier's website my parel is in their sorting facility in Florida; it seems odd to me for them to ship it down south when my shipping address is in Canada.

Wrong Address

I followed up on my purchase from SOTE using the tracking number provided by James (from SOTE). Tracked in from USPS (SOTE's courier) to our local post office (Canada Post). Spoke with our local post office: according to their records the parcels were already delivered as of 12 November 2014, but their records show a different address/postal code, and was advised to inform seller. Don't know if I'll ever recover the parcels, and I don't know who screwed up the address (SOTE, USPS, or Canada Post), but I would suggest that sellers stick with UPS or FEDEX, as these are reputable couriers, and I haven't experienced any problems with these two in my previous purchases (from a different website: swords.net). I'm also wondering how you will rate this site (swords.net) because they seem to be reliable enough (two purchases done, just placed my third one with them). Just thought you may want to check out the site. Thanks.
