Depth of service

How in depth was the service? Did you have issues you felt you needed to address? Even the worst stores have satisfied customers, but it's when things go wrong that you learn the most.

They sent me damaged, factory rejected garbage and when I sent photos, measurements, and videos of evidence they said I was "full of sh**" (their words) and threatened to "blacklist" me if I told anyone on SBG or the BBB about it!
