They have not sent my merchandise
They will not refund my money either

Common Sense!

Whenever someone has a bad experience like this, why don't they simply file a chargeback with their bank or Paypal?
Come on people, give the seller a little time, but if it gets to a month with no order delivered or even replies to messages--take matters into your own hands!!!!
