My first expierience with them was decent. Pretty fast shipping......crappy packaging. It was Ok though.....my sword wasnt hurt in any way. The next time was a replica Blade sword of the daywalker. It arrived fairly quickly only to open it and find rust on the blade. I was not too happy. I called them about 4 times before somebody answered. They said no problem......to leave it in its shipping box and UPS would pick it back up. once they recieved the damaged sword they would ship out another. Ok....a few days went by...they emailed me with a tracking number. Another Blade sword arrived and what did I find..........rust again. I called again and they had me repeat the same process. The third time wasnt a charm for me. RUST AGAIN!!!!!! I called and this time the customer service guy sounded annoyed and gave me excuses for rust on the blade due to overseas shipping....blah...blah...blah. He told me to use steel wool and oil to remove it. that wasnt going to work for me. Finally finally we came to an agreement.........my credit card was creditited the amount (it was on the statement...so it was legit) and I used that money to order the same exact sword form Trueswords.com.

Guess what......thiers didnt have any rust.....lol.


So all in all......Swordsswords.com does have very nice prices.....but its a crapshoot. You dont know whats going to be in that box.

I ordered a knife from swordswords.com and it was back ordered ,then they said they were not getting anymore of that knife and said they would refund my money,they claimed to refund the money back to my card,and the bank said they have no record of the return,and now swords words.com does not reply back to my emails regarding this,luckily they only ripped me off for 37.74 but imagine how many others they have ripped off like this,From other reviews and comments I have read ,this is not an isolated case ,I have read that they have done this to other people also.Stear clear of this co,panty they are a internet scam and will steal your hard earned cash,then ignore you.Just remember carma is a bitch,and what comes around goes around,keep ripping people off and soon or later you will get busted,and Internet ripoff a are a federal crime

I started off as a college kid just ordering a knife to protect myself with. As I ordered more and more over the years and started making more money I found a simple $2.68 order to now being up to more of $200-$300 orders. A few issues here and there but hey, even Lamborghinis catch flat tires. I wouldn't shop anywhere else thanks to their new customer service people.

I ordered a Azan version of the classic KBAR. The advertisement had it described as "1045 carbon steel blade, leather handle" and the picture was of an AZAN with a peened butt cap, and even the item number was AZ218, indicating it was an AZAN knife. What I got was a screw capped rat tail stainless steel blade (MARKED stainless steel no less), and the handle was a soft wood made to look like leather. Basically, it was a really crappy knife like would be sold for $4.99 on BudK's. Swordsswords never responded to my inquiries, but they did change their description some on their advertisement, to note the stainless steel blade.

I got a silver pair of knuckles and a all gold automatic switch blade just for the fuck of it. Total came out to 28$. I'm being straight up it's some of the best money I've ever spent. The knuckles are awesome, all silver, shiny and just look dope. And the blade is fucking cold. But some shit lol

Perfect Service for Me

Bought a switchblade, it was shipped within 48 hours and arrived shortly thereafter in perfect condition with a free "Enforcer Key Chain Self Defense Kubaton Clear" (a $6 item).

I am very happy with the quality of the item itself. Good quality, very sturdy for how flimsy I though a switchblade would feel. However this is my first so don't take my opinion on quality to be %100 percent.

I will use this website again.

My friend ordered from here and it took him about 15 days as well to get his shipped email.. Their costumer service SUCKS! I will never EVER buy from them again. Wouldn't replace my decorative box it had a huge gapping hole in the side that penetrated through all the way and scraped the sword guard. All I wanted was another decorative box. They refused. Now im stuck with a HUGE hole in the side of it. The sword was nice, kinda dirty but was well made and high quality blade.

My son received one of their retractable knives for Christmas. It did not even last ONE day!!! According to the policy written on their website, the item must be returned within 72 hours. When I called a couple of weeks after Christmas and let them know what happened, the rep told me that they would not be able to exchange or return because it was outside of the return window. I complained and was told that the manager would return my call. 2 days later, no return call. I do not understand a company that only guarantees their products for 72 hours. I guess they realize that they are selling crap and don't want the responsibility of standing by their products. Never recommend!! Will not buy from them again.

I feel like I should leave a review ~ I never leave neg. reviews, but this is a warning to others out there. It's not about the price of the items, it's about taking pride in your store and honoring your products.
Ok ~ I ordered some throwing knives, star, cards and survival bracelets. I ordered these items Nov. 30, for Christmas gifts.
So, my guys used them (after Christmas) 4 times total. The throwing knives broke and the bracelet came apart. I called today and because I bought them Nov. 30th they won't honor the 30 return!! Are you serious??? I bought them for Christmas gifts today is the 2nd of Jan. They wouldn't take any of that into consideration at all. What a joke. And all my guys wanted to do, was exchange for other items. I will NOT order from them ever again. Very bad management. My son's were ready to order other things as well. We will find another company to order from!!!!

This company has the most ridiculous return policy in the world. Be careful before you purchase from this site as they do not have the customer's best interest in mind. Read their returns policy in full because they are guaranteed a profit even if you refuse delivery. The owner and billing department are unreasonable, cold, and should be forced out of business!!!

Yeah, I'm a bit nervous because I ordered a necklace for my girl, an axe for my brother, nd a knife nd crossbow pistol with some arrows for me. I did this yesterday, round 5 o'clock. My area said in its map that I have about 1-3 days (I'm giving benefit of the doubt, it actually is 1-2 but I'm really close to its time border for that length of time.) And I really want this to not suck for me because I know the dangers of ordering online and it sees that it's 50/50 for people on here. I hope that since I got it with great Christmas sales nd a discount from twitter it doesn't mean I get low overall quality of everything with how much I paid. I get the feeling they put the higher payers first. But that's just me. Thanks for reading my splurge if you still are.

I was nervous about having purchased from them after reading the reviews, but all of my stuff came in and in good condition -slight scratches on some blades, but overall nothing major or even that noticeable. I wouldn't necessarily buy from them again, but i got my stuff so I'm happy.

Swordsswords.com has two Devil May Cry swords! Both are very detailed, but again, you are paying for the high level of detail, not for a high-carbon functional sword. In other words, try to keep it clean and it will always be impressive.

Dante's Devil May Cry sword is big, so expect a huge box from the purple and white Santa Clause (FedEx). From what I know, Swordsswords always uses that really thick brown paper to fill the shipping box.

You want something 1065 high carbon steel, they have it. You will not get that quality for less than $45 anywhere, except Swordsswords.com, and only with a Coupon Code. If you buy a $15 sword, yeah, it is going to be poopoo, but try and spend more on their nicer swords and you will save money in the long haul.

I deal with a lot of swords from Swordsswords.com. In the past year they have come a long way in both product quality and customer satisfaction.

Best part: swordsswords carries high-quality for a price, but also cheap quality for dirt cheap.

i placed a test order with them and for the little money i paid, i got decent products- i knew i wasnt buying anythin worth using but for 6 bucks i got a loose flap-jack knife. also got a 10 dollar spring assist (the stag w/brass)that shockingly is pretty sturdy. ive had it for almost a year now and its still got a strong flick and locks up tight- ive been thinking about trying to order a cpl cheap autos but id expect theyd take that money and good luck to me reporting that

Ordered a medieval shield from this site for my sons Christmas. This was the first time ordering from this company and my last. I received my package on the 20th...I did not open this up because it was a Santa present for my son and it was going to be impossible to hide this 40 lbs shield. It was huge and there was no easy way of doing this. So I just left it in the box it came in which was a generic card board box. I opened it on Christmas morning at 3:00 am to set up Santa and realized it was broke on one side. This was a 70.00 shield so I was disappointed but thought we would just ship it back and exchange it. Called Monday which was the next day and got a VM, that said this mailbox was full. I got up first thing this morning and made it my first priority. After speaking with them, they told me I had a 3 day return policy. I also explained to them why this was not opened up. I mentioned to them about calling them on the 26th and got no where. I asked to speak with the supervisor about it , I explained to him I was not asking for my money just another one. He said he could do this but I would have to pay for shipping there and back. Shipping on this item was in the 20.00 range so it would cost me about 40.00 to do this. I am not a very happy customer and will not be buying from them again. I could understand if it was weeks out, OR if I was just trying to get my money back. I understand everyone has a policy to go by but again this was a Santa gift and it had not been looked at til Christmas morning in the wee hours of the morning. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I don't even know if I have a problem with their swords - I still haven't received mine. SwordsSwords provides only three shipping options when you check out - US Mail, US Priority Mail and US Express Mail. No Fedex or UPS. I hate the US Postal Service - they are slow and incompetent. My swords shipped over two weeks ago, I haven't received them, and US Postal Service tracking says only that they are in a Dallas sorting center. They will not arrive in time for Christmas (a present). Customer Service tells me it was my fault for specifying US post delivery, I should have gone to another page for UPS, that their website does not allow them to post rates for US Postal Service and UPS on the same page, and their default is to US Postal Service. Then they should fix their website!

I placed a test order just to see what their quality was like. The prices were great, but I kept low expectations either way. I ordered a pair of handcuffs, 2 swords, and an extendable baton. The baton was the same quality I could get on ebay for $5, no shock there, the swords were terrible knockoffs, and horribly wrapped handles that uncoiled in the box before handling. Now to the real horror story the cuffs. They are supposed to be stainless steel, but they are not at all, came rusted, and severely used. The locking mechanism doesn't work at all, not even worth cleaning and tightening up for training.. They lost me and every military member as a possible customer that I tell about this. I was on active duty when it showed up, and they wouldn't give me a refund on the damaged item. Thanks Guys, DO NOT ORDER from them!!

I have ordered from these turkeys for a good 3 years now. All kinds of swords and machetes, blowguns, throwing stars etc. Found the item descriptons to be accurate. I never got damaged or broken items. Most blades stainless steel. Still practical. Nothing lasts forever. Good prices.

Only 1 downside. Shipping sometimes slower than usual. Order conf. email, payment conf. email, almost instant... ship conf. and tracking # however... Sometimes took a week.

All in all 7.5. Not the greatest. Better than most.

No problems here. Bought THE SPIRIT movie katana replica. I bought it because it was a 1060 carbon steel hand forged blade for a ridiculous low $37 BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL.. It came a week later well packaged with a real nice sword box and sword stand. All parts were as to be expected on a $37 sword. I freaked when I saw the blade. Oiled up well, no rust, very subtle nicely etched hamon and a super nice almost mirror polish. The blade alone is worth 3x's the price. All parts are coming off this beautiful 1060 blade and will be replaced with quality parts. Very nice blade! !!!!!!!"

= Fast. ONLY 5 DAYS. With GOOD PACKAGE.
I try already the baton....
Very strong, impossible broken it.
The publicity online with car, it's true.

But 2 problems, but you can fix...
1. The grip is too bad, slide easily.
I must take off and will buy at Walmart the black tape PROFESSSIONAL for bicycles (forhandlebar of bicycle). You get with, a good strong grip, even if you sweat from the hands.
2. I will must buy TOO a oil for handgun... because, the baton open easy, fast but you can not close it!
And then it must be used several times at home, before you use it really. Because you'd look stupid, after an arrest, you can not close your stick!
I think this is a good tool. Use with caution, as you can break bones easily.
I took the baton with the light. There in a battery. We must remove, inside, the protective paper, if you want the torch works.
On / Off: As a Maglite (Screw up / down).
A plus for my belt!
Conclusion: NO TOO BAD! So, I keep my PR24 tonfa.

Recently I bought a sword from swordsswords. When the sword came it was all messed up. The blade wobbled and rattled where it was attached to the handle. It was not even Full Tang like the website described it. Obviously I was not happy and called then up. They said to send it back so they can ship a new one. I did and a few days after they call me and say that the sword is perfectly fine. Liars. I told them to refund me and they said that they would charge me freaking 25 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE. What BS. Save your money and buy from some one else. SwordsSwords is crap.

Just know what to expect

Admittedly SwordsSwords has some great prices, but it's mostly lower quality, India and China made stainless. If you know what to expect, they're a good way to go. My issue is with their customer service.

They had a black-friday sale for 50%, and I ordered over $120 worth of items. The only items I really wanted was a rapier and a few throwing knives, but for 50% I splurged on other things. I got the original order e-mail with the entire list, the credit card confirmation with the entire list, and the 'packaged mailed' e-mail with the entire list. About 10 days later I got the package, but it didn't have the sword or the knives. When I called, those items were out-of-stock and I would be getting a refund. 5 weeks, 2 phone calls, and 4 e-mails later (2 or which were completely ignored) my credit card was finally credited.

If they were out of stock, why did I get three different confirmation e-mails? Why didn't they tell me before I received the package? And why did it take so long to give me my refund?

The products are inferior, the service is bad and they charge a re-stocking fee of 25% even on defective items (that will not stick) and would issue a call tag for bad products. When the items arrived (throwing stars) one was missing, there was no invoice or packing slip. There was not a catalog to purchase additional products, which at this point I would never buy from this company or tell anyone to buy from this company. This company is bad to do business with! for the two that got taken with refunds or bad supplies, it's simple, don't order from them anymore. live and learn. to the one who did get his order, common sense , if you got your order and it was in good condition, yes, they are stainless steel, so why did you remove the oil and protection from it then let it sit in the corner and let it rust?? it came to you in good condition, you stripped it and ruined it yourself. it had nothing to do with them. so my advise would be if it's not broken, don't fix it. next time maybe you'll leave the oil on it. live and learn.

I ordered a Senbonzakura Carbon Steel sword (made from the Bleach Anime series) and a Birds Around The Sakura Tree (also carbon steel). I paid around $75 or so for them and when they arrive, it turns out they are Stainless steel. To test this theory, i removed all oil and whatnot from the blade and left them in a corner of my room. not once ounce of rust. Carbon steel rusts EASILY unless liberally applied with oil. Swordsswords.com is a scam and they shouldnt be trusted.

I ordered two swords from them, both of them bleach swords. I got the first one and the other one was on back-order. I then get a call one day saying that they did not know when they would get a new one and asked me if I wanted to wait for it to come in or get a refund. I asked for a refund. I waited about a week and never got one. So I emailed them I believe 3 times and was ignored. I then called them and they never picked up. So here I am almost a year and a half later and I get an email that it was finally shipped, though I did not receive a tracking number. Ok I thought what the hell at least I will get my money's worth. HA! I should have known better. It has been almost 3 weeks since the email telling me it was shipped, yet there is no sword at my house, I know UPS ground doesn't take that long to deliver. So I have spent the better part of an hour today emailing them with no response and trying to call them. Well I have called their toll free number probably 8 times now and the local number once and no one has picked up. I wish I had never done business with them.

I then get a call one day saying that they did not know when they would get a new one and asked me if I wanted to wait for it to come in or get a refund. I asked for a refund. I waited about a week and never got one. So I emailed them I believe 3 times and was ignored. I then called them and they never picked up. So here I am almost a year and a half later and I get an email that it was finally shipped, though I did not receive a tracking number. Ok I thought what the hell at least I will get my money's worth. HA! I should have known better. It has been almost 3 weeks since the email telling me it was shipped, yet there is no sword at my house, I know UPS ground doesn't take that long to deliver. So I have spent the better part of an hour today emailing them with no response and trying to call them. Well I have called their toll free number probably 8 times now and the local number once and no one has picked up. I wish I had never done business with them.

I ordered a Kukri from them, it was the carbon steel one not that peice of crap with holes in the blade. came in good packaging, and got here fast, when i took the sword out of the box id did have some rust on it which wasnt a big deal to me i cleaned it up fairly quickly, but the tip of the blade was severly messed up, like someone tried to stab a thick peice of metal with it.

managed to get the tip fixed with several hours of work on a sharpening stone, it was only 20 bucks so i suppose i cant complain much as it is an awesome tool, nice and sturdy and replaced my axe and large knife when camping. all in all they are not bad but could be better, very good for if your short on cash.
