Windlass Steelcrafts Oakeshott Xiia

QUESTION: I am looking at buying and Oakeshott type Xiia longsword from Windlass Steelcrafts. Is there anything you can tell me about this sword and do you have a review of it? I have been working with swords for years so i'm not too worried about handling, but anything you can tell me would be helpful.

ANSWER: Hi Logan,

I don't know of anyone who has provided any feedback on this particular piece yet. Unfortunately, the problem with reviewing Windlass swords is that they switch them out so fast all the time that by the time you review it, it has often been discontinued..! (and that is NO exaggeration..!).

So short answer, unfortunately no feedback yet other than their latest line (which includes this one) do seem to be getting a bit better...
